GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for a high-energy convenience store in Colorado Springs. You will support the Store Manager, run registers, and coach a team to deliver outstanding customer service and sales.

The role requires open availability, weekend/holiday shifts, and a readiness to take on second or third shifts in a fast-paced retail environment. Growth opportunities lead toward store leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts.
• Food Safety Certification required or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team.
