Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC in Andrews, TX seeks an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service. You will assist the Store Manager, handle deposits, scheduling, and visual merchandising, while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment.

This role requires open availability for weekends, holidays, and second or third shifts, with opportunities for career growth into store leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Create and manage team schedules to ensure full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
