GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for a high-energy convenience store in Marietta, OK. You will support the Store Manager across operations, lead a fast-paced team, and ensure superior customer service on every shift.

You will handle cash, scheduling, and merchandising while maintaining a clean, safe store. Expect weekends/holidays and second or third shifts; strong English and basic math are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age 21+ years old.
• Food Safety Certification required or able to obtain.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays; second/third shifts common.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing customer-service team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.

• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits; oversee store financials.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations.

• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.

• Create and manage team schedules to ensure full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
