Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for a fast-paced convenience store in New Castle, DE. Open availability, weekends and holidays required; expect second or third shifts.

You will support the Store Manager, run registers, coach the team to upsell, hire/train staff, and manage inventory and store standards while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Open availability to work weekends, holidays, and second or third shifts.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license, vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Physical readiness for cleaning tasks and outdoor areas.
• Minimum age 21+.
• Strong English communication and basic math skills.
• Willing to learn and grow in retail leadership.
• Food Safety Certification required or able to obtain.

Responsibilities
