Domino's Pizza in Lovington, NM is seeking a friendly and motivated team leader to support the store's General Manager in running daily operations. You will oversee inventory, staffing, cleanliness, and training to ensure high standards and smooth service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Full-time availability.
• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience is a plus.

• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards
• Efficient employee supervision
• Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members
• Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment
• Rotating commissary deliveries
• Other job duties, as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Full-Time work availability
• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience is a plus!
• Be able to work with minimal supervision
• Be able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills
