Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in New Mexico is seeking friendly, motivated individuals to join our team and contribute to daily store operations. You will assist the General Manager, oversee shift teams, and help ensure fast, accurate pizza production and customer service.

This role offers full-time hours, opportunities for advancement, and benefits including insurance and PTO. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential to build cohesive teams and maintain high standards across all store

Qualifications

• 18 years or older to work in the store
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Available for full-time hours
• Previous management or quick-service restaurant experience is a plus
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to motivate and build cohesive teams
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards
• Efficient employee supervision
• Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members
• Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment
• Rotating commissary deliveries
• Other job duties, as needed

• Minimum 18 years old
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Full-Time work availability
• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience is a plus!
