Job summary

Domino's in Aztec, NM is seeking a Store Manager to support the General Manager in maintaining operations, standards, and customer service excellence. This role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, quick-service environment.

You will oversee staffing, inventory, and store cleanliness, while driving teamwork and efficient execution of daily tasks. Previous management experience is a plus; 18+ and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Previous management or quick service restaurant experience is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation.
• Able to work full-time with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to motivate and build cohesive teams.
• Willing to interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
