Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Oklahoma is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running daily operations and upholding Domino's service standards across the store.

Responsibilities include supervising employees, interviewing, hiring and onboarding new team members, counting inventory and supplies, and maintaining facility cleanliness and equipment. Reliable transportation and full-time availability are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-Time work availability.
• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience is a plus.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams.
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
