Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to assist the General Manager in daily operations at our Delta, CO location.

You will supervise staff, manage inventory, ensure cleanliness and equipment upkeep, and help onboard new team members to maintain high service standards. Strong communication and motivation are essential for building a cohesive team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-Time work availability.
• Previous management and/or Quick Service Restaurant experience is a plus.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
