LOFT Outlet in Chesterfield, MO is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the customer experience and cultivate a strong store culture for associates. You will lead on the sales floor, modeling the brand’s behaviors to engage customers and coach teams.

This role focuses on hospitality, inclusivity, and operational excellence in a dynamic retail environment. As a store leader, you will assist in recruiting and developing talent, leveraging technology for omnichannel shopping, and using reporting

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience is preferred.
• Brings a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
