Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend strategy, operations, and people leadership in a fast-paced retail environment. You will oversee opening/closing routines, supervise sales floor and stockroom, and drive efficiency while delivering best-in-class customer service.

You’ll recruit, train, and develop staff, demonstrate brand knowledge, and push dynamic visual merchandising to support sales growth. A strong customer focus and fashion awareness are essential.

Strategically, assistant managers are responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service. They are responsible for overseeing daily store operations including opening and closing routines and driving efficiency in all store processes. Assistant managers leverage their creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge.
