Job summary

Wendy's in Pearland, TX is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant operations, develop the team, and drive sales and guest satisfaction.

As a hands-on leader, you will schedule staff, hire and train, monitor financials, ensure food safety, and coach employees to deliver fast, friendly service in a fun, family environment.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred).
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts, incl weekends and holidays.
• Valid DL in good standing and access to private transportation.
• Consent to background screening and ability to pass state/federal requirements.

• Overseeing restaurant's daily operations and staff performance.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and budgeting support.

• Interview, hire, train and orientate team
• Oversee coaching, counseling and developing staff and managing team relations.
• Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
• Set the tone for the fun, family environment in the restaurant
