Nordstrom in Wisconsin is seeking an Assistant Sales Department Manager to lead a team on the floor, drive sales through directive selling, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will recruit, train and coach staff, develop business plans with the department manager, and ensure merchandising standards are met. The role emphasizes relationship-building with store leaders and delivering measurable results in a commission-based environment.

• Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence in a commission-based environment.

Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
