Job summary

Westport Properties, Inc. operates US Storage Centers and seeks an Assistant Manager for Castle Rock, Lakewood, and Littleton, CO. The role is full-time with hours 9:30 AM–6:00 PM on weekdays and Saturdays 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; pay is $18.00–$19.00 per hour with benefits.

You will drive sales and occupancy, deliver top-notch customer service, show units, and handle daily office operations. A Real ID or Passport may be required for air travel.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable with basic computer and office skills.
• Good communicator - written and verbal.
• Available to work weekends (Saturdays required).
• Must have a Real ID or Passport for air travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, marketing, and occupancy at the facility.
• Deliver outstanding customer service - phone, walk-in, and online inquiries.
• Show, rent, and clean units; sell packing and moving supplies.
• Manage delinquencies through scheduled outreach (calls, letters, invoices).
• Handle daily office operations: open/close, petty cash, bank deposits, reporting.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and secure property - including light maintenance, lock checks, and daily inspections.
• Assist with auction prep as required by law.
• Maintain organized tenant documentation.
