Käthe Wohlfahrt of America is hiring an Assistant Manager for the Aurora Christmas Market. You will lead a small team to deliver exceptional customer service, meet sales goals, and support daily operations during the holiday season.

Ideal candidates have a background in retail management and can train staff, handle scheduling, replenishment, and merchandising while maintaining engaging visual displays. This temporary position runs November through December in Aurora, IL.

We are currently hiring an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to help lead our team at the Aurora Christmas Market! Successful candidates will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals, and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in retail management.

Employment dates: November 1th- December 26th

Hours: 30-40 per week

The Assistant Store Manager’s responsibilities include:
