Shoe Palace is seeking an Assistant Manager for our San Antonio (Ingram Festival) store. You will lead the front-line team to deliver an outstanding customer experience and support daily store operations.

You’ll be on the front line driving sales, coaching staff, and ensuring a smooth, high-energy environment. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in customer service, some leadership experience, and a passion for athletic footwear.

Qualifications

• 4 years of customer service experience.
• 1 year of management experience preferred.
• 3 years of cashier experience.
