Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 0207-River Park Square in Spokane, WA. You will support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver a exceptional customer experience and community-focused initiatives.

You will drive financial goals, coach associates, and lead by example on the sales floor while maintaining brand standards and an engaging store environment. This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• 3 years of retail management experience preferred
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong customer and peer relationship building
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move around store areas

About The Role

As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in leading the team, building community connections, and creating a seamless customer experience. This position helps foster a welcoming environment—for both associates and customers—that enables us to create memorable, personalized experiences that reflect our culture of hospitality.

• Build community connections through in-store company-sponsored events, philanthropy, and other initiatives.

You’ll bring to the role

• Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
