Job summary

Wendy's is seeking a motivated Assistant General Manager to lead a high-energy team in Cincinnati, OH. The AGM will drive operations, customer service, and sales while maintaining strong financial controls and staff development.

Candidate should have 1+ year in a similar role within high-volume food service, be capable of 50–55 hour weeks, possess a valid DL, and successfully pass a background check. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred).
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts (weekends/holidays).
• Valid driver's license in good standing with access to private transportation.
• Consent to background screening.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing restaurant's daily operations and maintaining day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Oversee coaching, counseling and staff development; manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management; health/safety standards.
• Set the tone for a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
