Job summary

Best Buy in Oxford, AL is seeking an Assistant Manager to support all areas of the store, including sales, operations and services. You will work with the General Manager to drive store performance and execution, providing leadership and direction to sales floor employees.

You’ll foster a culture of flexibility, cross-training and skill development for the team, leading by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences and efficient store operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a supervisor or manager in business, military or related fields.
• 2 years of sales or customer service experience.

Job Description

As the Assistant Manager at one of our retail stores, you’ll be responsible for supporting all areas of the store including sales, operations and services. You’ll work in close partnership with the General Manager to drive store performance and execution. This includes providing leadership and direction to sales floor employees. You’ll support a culture of flexibility, cross-training and skill development for the team.
