You’ll be on the front line driving sales, coaching staff, and ensuring a smooth, high-energy environment. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in customer service, some leadership experience, and a passion for athletic footwear.

Qualifications

• 4 years of customer service experience.
• 1 year of management experience preferred.
• 3 years of cashier experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the manager in ensuring the store operates at a high level.
• Take ownership while managing the location.
• Evaluate employee performance and coach to improve.
• Ensure customers receive the best possible experience.
