Job summary

Helzberg Diamonds is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Woodbridge, NJ location. The role focuses on driving in-store sales, directing daily retail operations, and progressing through company training for future Store Manager responsibilities.

The ideal candidate combines jewelry retail experience with strong communication and leadership skills, and can work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred.

• One to three years of jewelry retail experience.

Pay range for this position is $17.00 to $23.00 hourly (or specific county/city minimum wage). .
