Responsibilities

Supervise and train Direct Support Professionals to provide ongoing support and quality of life for residents.
Assist with training of new employees to ensure adequate staffing of the residence.
Maintain weekly staff schedules based on availability and resident needs.
Maintain records of staff attendance, performance, and training needs.
Ensure documentation of treatment plans is present and updated daily.
