Gray Construction is seeking a Manager of Pre-Construction Services to lead day-to-day pre-construction efforts in Birmingham. You will coordinate estimating, scheduling, design collaboration and procurement input through final pricing, while developing budgets and analyses for pursuits.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of related experience, plus strong communication and leadership capabilities, and proficiency with standard pre-construction tools and software.

Who we want
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; and a minimum offiveyears related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong communicationand leadership skills.
Proficient in standard business and pre-construction software tools, including document preparation, spreadsheets, email, andestimating‑relatedapplications.
