Job summary

LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture at Store 1644-Plymouth Meeting Mall in Plymouth Meeting, PA. This regular/full-time role offers leadership on the sales floor and collaboration with teams to drive results.

You will coach associates, model brand behaviors, and help recruit and develop talent while leveraging technology for a seamless omnichannel experience. Availability for bonuses and employee benefits is included.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Ability to connect with customers and associates with a hospitality mindset.
• Comfort with operating a point-of-sale system and technology.

You'll bring to the role

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred)
