Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Store Supervisor/Manager in St. Louis to lead daily operations, supervise staff, manage schedules and payroll, and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will develop teams, train associates on product knowledge and brand standards, maintain visual merchandising, and analyze reports to drive sales while safeguarding assets.

This role offers a quarterly bonus, PTO, benefits, and opportunities for advancement within a global omnichannel retailer.

• Bachelor's degree or 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
