Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise, train, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service and maintain product quality.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper stock levels to meet customer demand.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Support sales initiatives and promotional activities to achieve store revenue goals.
• Prepare reports on sales, labor, and inventory for management review.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed accurately and securely.
