Qualifications

• High school diploma required and Serve Safe certification preferred.
• Willing to relocate within 50 miles of home when needed.
• Flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively and resolve conflicts in a fast-paced setting.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Assist in operating a single Panda Express store and supervise associates.
• Hire, train, schedule, and direct staff to meet financial and guest-service goals.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality guest experiences and food safety.
