Job summary

Domino's in Ohio is looking for future Store Assistants to grow into General Manager roles. We will teach you the Domino's Way over 3 weeks, covering customer service, pizza making, and leading your team.

This is a full-time, hourly position with overtime. Within 3–6 months you can advance toward GM; earnings range from $42K to $65K per year. Five days a week, most weekends are required.

Qualifications

• High energy and team orientation.
• Prior Domino's experience or experience managing people.
• 18+ years of age.
• Good driving record.
• Experience with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Clear background check.
• Eligible to work in the USA.
• Resides near the store location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the store.
• Assist customers and deliver a great customer experience.
• Lead the team and learn Domino's Way.
• Progress toward General Manager within 3–6 months.
• Five days per week, most weekends; overtime available.
