KnitWell Group in Nashville is seeking an Assistant Manager to uphold the customer experience and foster a strong store culture for teammates.

You will lead on the sales floor, coach associates, and ensure inclusive, welcoming surroundings while leveraging technology to deliver seamless omnichannel shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset in customer interactions.
