Wendy's in Covington, LA, seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, motivate a high-performing team, and drive sales goals. The AGM will support the GM, manage schedules, and uphold food safety and guest service standards in a fast-paced, family-friendly setting.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service.
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, incl weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing.
• Consent to background screening.
• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Able to walk and stand for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant daily operations and maintain financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire, and train team members.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for a fun, family environment in the restaurant.

• Oversee coaching, counseling and developing staff and managing team relations.
