Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Virginia Beach is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts alongside the General Manager, develop the team, ensure high customer service, and maintain product quality. This hands-on role is the training ground for becoming a General Manager under the Team Sharma program.

You can advance through an exclusive Management Development Path with potential franchise opportunities after a year of successful store management, earning an hourly rate of $15–$18 plus bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Organized, motivating and calm in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift
