Braum's Perry, OK is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations, coach the crew, and drive customer satisfaction to maximize sales.

The role requires 2 years of retail management, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. Compensation includes hourly pay $18.50–$19.00 and annual $55,000–$57,000 with a bi-weekly bonus program.

Assistant Manager’s role:

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.


• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.


• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.


• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.


• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule:

Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
