Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in-store.
• Fill balloons and create bouquets as needed.
• Operate cash register and handle money accurately.
• Stock shelves and lift/carry boxes.
• Climb ladders as required and maintain clean store areas.
• Supervise a team and assist with scheduling and store zone management.
• Open and/or close the store and perform daily reconciliations.
• Complete inventory counts and assist with receiving freight.
