Wendy's in Mont Belvieu, TX seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and ensure daily operations run smoothly. You’ll model a fun, family environment while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving operational targets.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred)
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays)
• Valid driver’s license in good standing with access to private transportation
• Consent to background screening
• Able to walk and stand for long periods
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds

• Create and manage staff schedules
