Shoe Palace is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Midland, TX location. You will help run the store, lead a team, and ensure an outstanding customer experience every day.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in customer service, 1 year in a supervisory role, and are available on weekends. Retail experience and a proactive, outgoing personality are a plus as we grow with Shoe Palace.

Qualifications

• 4 years of customer service experience is required.
• 1 year of management experience is preferred.
• 3 years as a cashier is preferred.
• 18+ years old and open availability on weekends are required.
