Job summary

Shoe Palace Corporation is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Miami, FL stores to lead the team on the sales floor, coach colleagues, and ensure every customer receives the best possible experience.

In this role you will assist the store manager, take ownership of daily operations, evaluate performance, stay current on product knowledge, keep the store clean and organized, and drive growth in a fast-paced athletic footwear environment. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is required.
• Strong leadership and team coaching abilities.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in athletic footwear a plus.

About you…

• 18+ years old
• Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
• Be a dynamic and outgoing individual with leadership skills
• Must be driven!
• Does talking to everyone just come naturally? Awesome! It would be great but not completely necessary to have... Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
• Experience working with a growing company
