Shoe Palace is seeking a confident Assistant Manager in Miami to lead daily store operations and coach a front-line team. You will focus on delivering the ultimate customer experience while owning the location and ensuring performance standards.

The role requires 18+ years old and open weekend availability. Retail or customer service background and leadership skills are essential, with a dynamic, driven attitude to grow with Shoe Palace.

Qualifications

• 4 years of customer service experience needed.
• Management experience is preferred (1 year).
• Cashier experience is preferred (3 years).

It would be great but not completely necessary to have…

• Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
