L’Oréal is seeking an Assistant Manager of Medical Relations within Global Congress & Omnichannel to elevate CeraVe's medical authority globally. You will manage congresses and omnichannel activations, translating clinical data into compelling communications and coordinating with international professionals and agencies.

This role reports to the AVP, Global Omnichannel, Congress and Pharmacy Strategy lead and offers a hybrid work arrangement, with in-office and remote days, plus robust benefits

Qualifications

• Experience in scientific events or medical relations.
• Ability to translate complex clinical data into impactful messages.
• Excellent stakeholder and agency management skills.
• Professional-level English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end planning and execution for global and regional medical congresses.
• Implement digital and offline omnichannel campaigns engaging dermatologists globally.
• Coordinate with international healthcare professionals and external partners.
• Open and manage purchase orders for the DMI Medical Team.
