Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager who combines business sense with creative leadership to drive sales and elevate customer experience.

You’ll oversee daily store operations, manage staffing, and coach staff to deliver exceptional service while keeping brand standards top of mind. In this role you’ll leverage product knowledge, maintain visual displays, and analyze reports to inform decisions, all while representing the brand’s values and culture in a fast-paced retail

Strategically, assistant managersare responsible fordriving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service.
