The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an inspirational and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading and coaching a team of Sales Associates to hit sales, service and operational goals.

This role requires proven supervisory skills and a passion for coaching others in a fast-paced cosmetics environment. Candidates should have strong retail operations experience, including inventory control and cash handling, and be available for varied retail hours, including

• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

We are seeking an inspirational and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to play a leading role in the success of the store/counter by supporting the Store Manager to lead, coach and develop our team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service and operational targets.

Pay Range:

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $19.98 to $31.63. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program.
