Job summary

LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager to support customer experience and foster a strong store culture in Lee, MA. You’ll lead on the sales floor, coach associates, and model LOFT brand behaviors to create genuine customer connections.

You’ll bring to the role

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred)
• Brings a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results
