The Parker Apartments at Tarantino Properties, Inc. seeks a motivated Assistant Manager / Leasing Consultant to support daily operations and leasing at our apartment community.

You will back the Property Manager with resident services, leasing efforts, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth front-desk and property operations. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property management experience.
• Leasing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Onsite software proficiency preferred.

Responsabilités

• Collect and post income within 24 hours of collection.
• Prepare and deliver delinquency, eviction, and three-day notices to vacate.
• Interface with residents to schedule renewals or move-outs.
• Participate in the leasing activity.
• File all resident correspondence, backup phones, and assist in general office management.
• Prepare security deposit refunds or charges.
• Post all vending commissions, NSF checks, and other incomes/expenses.
• Keep all lease files current and complete.
• Take over the Property Manager’s responsibilities when the Property Manager is not available.

Description

The Parker Apartments is searching for a motivated and dependable Assistant Manager / Leasing Consultant to help lead operations and leasing at our apartment community.

You’ll support the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of the community, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service, helping with leasing efforts, and ensuring smooth administrative processes.

Responsibilities

• Collection and posting of income within 24 hours of collection.
• Preparation and delivery of all delinquency, eviction, and three-day notices to vacate.
• Interface with residents to schedule renewals or move-outs.
• Participate in the leasing activity.
• File all resident correspondence, back up the phones, and assist in general office management.
• Prepare security deposit refunds or charges.
• Post all vending commissions, NSF checks, and other miscellaneous incomes / expenses.
• Keep all lease files current and complete.
• Take over the Property Manager’s responsibilities when Property Manager is not available.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of property management
• Leasing experience preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency Onesite software preferred.
