Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a single Panda Express location, guiding operations and guest experience.
• Hire, coach, and direct associates to achieve financial goals.
• Support and participate in a 3+ week Store Leadership Training program.
