Responsibilities

• Lead key internal functions including Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Delegate tasks to team members and report results to the General Manager.
• Support the General Manager in achieving restaurant performance and quality standards in Kitchen, People, and Service; supervise food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items; hire, train, and schedule staff.
• Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure safe, efficient operations and uphold company policies and brand standards.
