QuikTrip Corp. is seeking an entry-level Assistant Manager for a Dallas, TX store. You’ll support daily store operations, reinforce standards, and help develop clerks on your shift while delivering great customer service.

You’ll work under the Store Manager and fellow Assistants to promote teamwork, uphold policies, and maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment. This hands-on role emphasizes leadership and growth opportunities within QT.

Competenze

• Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Desired Experience: Retail store sales experience.
• Desired Skills: Pleasant disposition; patience to deal with difficult situations; self-motivated, and the ability to work unsupervised. Must be able to communicate in English, verbally and in writing, with customers, vendors, and employees.
