Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain fast, accurate service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety policies.
• Support profit & loss management through cash handling, inventory, and labor control.
• Assist Restaurant Manager with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members.
• Conduct performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, and staff training.
• Ensure equipment, facility, and grounds are well maintained through a preventative maintenance program.
• Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
• Execute corporate and local marketing plans on time.
• Have authority to hire and fire (or participate in those decisions).
• Champion recognition and motivation of staff.
