Job summary

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Two years of customer service or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in running and implementing operating standards.
• Analyze labor and sales on a continual basis.
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness according to company standards.
• Supervise employees efficiently and provide onboarding for new team members.
• Prepare and package food products and manage nightly deposits.
• Maintain cash handling and paperwork when the GM is unavailable.
• Rotating commissary deliveries and assisting with other duties as needed.
