You will supervise cafe operations, manage staffing, ensure food safety, and drive sales while maintaining Panera’s high standards. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
• 1–2 years of restaurant or retail supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead shifts and manage large teams effectively.
