You will manage scheduling, inventory, and cash handling, while mentoring staff to meet company standards and drive store performance. A strong focus on food safety and customer satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Previous experience in food service or retail management (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of pizza makers, delivery drivers, and customer service representatives
• Ensure excellent customer experiences by maintaining high standards of food quality and service
• Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and cash handling
• Assist in training and developing team members to meet company standards and goals
• Implement and maintain food safety and sanitation procedures
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Support the General Manager in achieving store performance targets
• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve store efficiency and profitability
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with other managers to share best practices and improve overall store performance
