Domino's Locust Grove is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations, supervise a team, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold Domino's grooming standards. This role offers weekly pay, training, flexible schedules, and employee discounts to help you grow into store management.

You will oversee 3–30 team members per shift, manage costs and inventory, greet customers, take orders, operate registers, and deliver quality pizzas while maintaining a clean, welcoming restaurant

Qualifications

Experience leading a team; you will manage a staff of 3–30 during your shift.
Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Valid Driver's License.
Access to reliable transportation.
You must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Manage 3–30 employees during your scheduled shift.
Be responsible for all store operations.
Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
Operate the cash register and collect payments.
Make fast, accurate pizzas following recipes and portion sizes.
Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer.
Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant from front to back.
Maintain a professional appearance per grooming standards.
